Pastor Glenn came here in June of 1992. He earned his BA in religion from Oklahoma Wesleyan (OWU), MA in Ministerial Leadership Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU) and is presently pursuing a Doctorate of Organizational Leadership from IWU. Pastor Glenn is most noted for his development of a contemporary worship team and his passionate biblical preaching. His wife, Susan is a certified group fitness instructor/personal trainer and leads the Firm Believer's class each Monday and Thursday night. They have two children Angela and Elisha.

Pastor Wally has served in several areas of ministry at NWC for almost 20 years. Wally is a gifted teacher and encourager, serving and directing various outreach ministries. Currently he oversees the NWC Youth Ministry - Kardio Fire.  He is married to Ellen and they have 4 children.

Ernie serves as Pastor of Spiritual Formation. Ernie is gifted in teaching and administration, directing and coordinating discipleship ministries, which includes our growing Connection Groups. He is married to Amie and they have three children James, Daniel, and Elizabeth.
