Rev. Glenn and Susan Bozak, Senior Pastor

Pastor Glenn and Susan came here in June of 1992. Since then the church has seen consistent numerical and spiritual growth with several people finding Christ. God has changed many lives and helped the church to make great strides in developing a strong ministry. Ministries such as nursery, children's church, youth group, young adults and Best Years Fellowship have been established or strengthened during this time. Pastor Glenn is most noted for his development of a contemporary worship team and his passionate biblical preaching. Susan in addition to working in many areas of the church is a certified group fitness instructor/personal trainer and leads the Firm Believer's class on Monday and Thursday nights. They have two children Angela and Elisha.

Pastor Wally

Pastor Wally has served in several areas of ministry here at NWC for more than a decade. He presently ministers in nursing homes and other institutions. Wally is married to Ellen and has 4 children. Wally is a gifted teacher and encourager.

Pastor Tice

Pastor Tice is known for his deep voice and is most likely to say "Amen". Pastor Tice has over 40 years of pastoral experience. He assists in several ways including Best Years Fellowship, nursing home services and hospital visits. Pastor Tice has a rich knowledge of scripture and a great passion for God.

Ernie Schenk

Ernie is a ministerial student, serving as Spiritual Formation Coordinator, which includes children's discipleship ministries, adult discipleship ministries, Vacation Bible School (VBS), and small groups. He is married to Amie and they have two children James and Daniel. Ernie is gifted in teaching and administration.
